Our lodgings have parking spots, or numbered spots less than five minutes away.

Our residence extends over several hectares; therefore, the housing is situated between 100m-900m from Santa Giulia beach. You can get more details in the descriptions found in the category section.
Pets (cats and dogs) are accepted depending on the housing and upon prior request. There is a 20 euro supplement fee per day per animal.
We guarantee entry at 5pm. However, you can arrive beforehand and deal with the formalities, and take advantage of the pool or the beach if you like. We will contact you as soon as the accommodation is ready. We inform you that any arrival outside reception opening hours (after 7:00 p.m.) will be charged 20,00 €. Indeed, a receptionist will welcome you and come with you to your accommodation.
The majority of our lodgings have beds adjustable to double beds. Please let us know your preferences and we will, of course, do our best to satisfy your requests.
Yes, they are included. At the end of your stay you must adhere to the following instructions: Leave the unit in decent order: dishes washed, dried and put away. Throw out any garbage in the bins. Clean the barbecue and/or plancha, if used during your stay. Failure to adhere to these terms will result in supplementary fees. You can reserve house cleaning service during your stay. The fee depends on the housing type.
You will be provided with a kit containing a sponge, a tea towel, a garbage bag, dishwasher soap, a multi-usage product, and a roll of toilet paper.
Our pool is heated as soon as we open the residence for the season, starting in April to June, and then again from September until the closing, which is around All Saint’s Day in November.
We do not have any restaurants, but at Santa Giulia beach there are several restaurants open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the season.
