All our lodgings in the residence are located in the heart of the magnificent domain made up of several hectares, starting from the top of the hill and ending at the magnificent beach of Santa Giulia. There are 5 villages each of which offer their own charm and ambiance.
This village is the closest to the sea and is composed of 30m2 studios and mini-villas each with private patio in a green park on over a hectare of land, punctuated by granite boulders, typical of the region. This village is also near the commercial center which is open in the high season; that way you don’t even need your car for your entire stay.
This small village is very representative of the Mediterranean life style. Small buildings with one or two floors are niched on the heights of Santa Giulia. To reach your rental unit, there are pleasant shady pathways leading to charming flowered patios. The distance from the sea is about 900 meters. However, a large heated pool is available a few steps from your unit. You have the choice between different types of air conditioned apartments. Each with a garden or a terrace to enjoy your vacation to the fullest.
The apartments in Cala Sultana are in the middle of the large 5 hectare domain. Surrounded by endemic plant life and reaching all the way to the bay of Santa Giulia. The apartments on the ground floor are spacious, beautifully lit and nicely decorated. Of course, all units have air conditioning and modern conveniences. Each unit has a large private terrace or balcony with garden furniture and plancha. There are several types of houses with different levels of comfort available for 2-10 people. For example, some of the houses have a jacuzzi on a private terrace. In any case, the large heated residential pool is available to all and accessible by foot in just a few minutes from your lodging. The beach is located less than 900 meters away. In the heart of the village you will enjoy the flowered gardens and take advantage of beautiful sunny days.
Nestled in the “maquis” on the hillside, Village Paesolu overlooks the magnificent bay of Santa Guilia. It is without a doubt the village which has the most beautiful view of the gulf. The villas can welcome from 2-8 people and are less than a kilometer from the beach. The heated pool is very close to your lodging.
